Creating A New Email Account
Follow this guide to add a new email account to your hosting package.
1. Log in to https://billing.viabledesign.co.uk
2. On the left menu, navigate to Services > My Services
3. Select the hosting package of which you wish to add an email account to and click Manage
4. Scroll to Quick Shortcuts and click Email Accounts
5. Click the blue-button labelled + Create
6. Enter a username for your new email account
7. Set a password for your new email account
8. Allocate storage space
• The default is 1024MB
• Unlimited does not limit the size of the mailbox, however, is still limited by the disk quota as defined in your hosting package.
9. Click the button labelled + Create
